YaraVita Magtrac is a highly concentrated flowable formulation contains almost 3 times more magnesium than epsom salts. It contains 8-10 times more magnesium than a liquid chelate and 3-4 times more than liquid sulphate or nitrate products.

The fluid formulation makes it easy to measure, pour and mix the product in the spray tank, whilst giving the highest nutrient content.

The purity of raw materials selected for this product makes it safe for application to the crop and helps ensure that the harvested produce will not be rejected at any point in the supply chain.

A controlled particle size gives quick uptake and long lasting effect. This reduces the need for repeat applications saving both time and money.

A broad tankmixability makes it easy to co-apply the products with agrochemicals, saving both time and money. Just as important, free access to Tankmix information online or via smart phones makes it quick and easy to check whether products can be co-applied.



Product Application Advice

Almond

Almond: 4 l/ha applied from fruit set. Repeat if necessary at 10 to 14 day intervals up to one month before harvest. Also, 4 l/ha after harvest before leaf senescence. Water rate: 200 to 1000 l/ha.

Amenity Turf

Turf: 4 L/ha as soon as growth commences in spring and /or following identification of need by analysis. Repeat sprays at 10 to 14 day intervals as necessary. Water rate: 200 L/ha.

Apples

Apple: 3-4 L/ha applied at pink bud and again at fruit set*. In case of moderate or severe deficiency repeat during fruit development*. 5 L/ha after harvest but before leaf senescence. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha. *For application during fruit set and fruit development, it may, under certain conditions, be necessary to delay applications on varieties sensitive to russetting.

Apricot

Apricot: 4 L/ha during fruit development. 5 L/ha after harvest but before leaf senescene. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Asparagus

Asparagus: 4 L/ha applied to ferns prior to senescence. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Aubergine

Aubergine: (field grown): 4 l/ha applied from the 4 to 6 leaf stage onwards. Repeat applications may be necessary. Water rate: 500 l/ha.

Banana

Bananas: Regular applications may be necessary where low to marginal magnesium levels exist. Spray at 2-8 L/ha per application. Water rate: 30-500 L/ha.

Beans

Beans: 3-4 L/ha when plants are 15 cm tall. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Blueberries

Blueberries: 4 l/ha applied 10 days after petal fall has finished. Bushes being grown for a second cropping year should receive the fruiting year programme again.Water rate: 1000 l/ha. Also, 4 l/ha post-harvest. Water rate: 200 l/ha.

Brassica Vegetables

Brassicas: 2-3 L/ha commencing at 4 to 9 true leaves. Water rate: 50-500 L/ha.

Broccoli

Broccoli: 2 to 3 l/ha commencing at 4 to 9 true leaves. Water rate: 50 to 500 l/ha

Brussel Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts: 2 to 3 l/ha commencing at 4 to 9 true leaves. Water rate: 50 to 500 l/ha.

Cabbage

Cabbage: 2 to 3 l/ha commencing at 4 to 9 true leaves. Water rate: 50 to 500 l/ha.

Canola

Canola: 2 to 3 L/ha commencing at 4 to 9 true leaves. Water rate: 50-500 L/ha.

Carrots

Carrot: 4-8 L/ha when there is sufficient leaf area to intercept spray, and if necessary, at 7 to 10 day intervals after this. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Cauliflower

Cauliflower: 2 to 3 l/ha commencing at 4 to 9 true leaves. Water rate: 50 to 500 l/ha.

Celery

Celery: 4 l/ha at the 4 to 6 leaf stage. Repeat 10 to 14 days later if necessary. Water rate: 200 l/ha.

Cereals

Cereals: 1.5-4 L/ha applied during tillering and again at flag leaf emergence. Water rate: 50-500 L/ha.

Cherries

Cherry: 4 L/ha during fruit development. 5 L/ha after harvest but before leaf senescene. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Citrus

Citrus: Two applications of 3 L/ha applied during spring flush and again during autumn flush. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Coffee

Coffee: 3 to 5 applications of 5 L/ha during flushes of leaf growth. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Conifers

Conifers: 2 applications of 4 l/ha when there is new season leaf production, and again in early autumn. Water rate: 500 l/ha to 1000 l/ha.

Cotton

Cotton: 5 L/ha one month after 100% emergence. Repeat as required at 10 to 14 day intervals. Water rate: 30 L/ha minimum.

Cucumber

Cucumber (field grown): 2 to 3 applications of 4 L/ha commencing when sufficient leaf area to intercept spray. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Hops

Hops: 4 applications of 3 l/ha. a) 2 metres tall crop b) 4.5 metres tall crop (top of the wire) c) starting to burr d) 14 days later Water rate: 500 l/ha

Kiwi

Kiwi: 4 L/ha applied at extension shoot development, during fruit development, and again after harvest but before leaf fall. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Lettuce

Lettuce (field grown): 4 to 8 L/ha when there is sufficient leaf area to intercept spray, and if necessary, at 7 to 10 day intervals after this. Note: Final application to be made at least one month before harvest. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Maize

Maize/Sweetcorn: 4 l/ha at 4 to 8 leaf stage. Water rate: 30 to 200 l/ha.

Melons

Melon (field grown): 2 to 3 applications of 4 L/ha commencing when sufficient leaf area to intercept spray. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Nectarines

Nectarines: 4 L/ha during fruit development. 5 L/ha after harvest but before leaf senescence. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Nuts (Deciduous)

Nuts (deciduous): 4 to 8 L/ha 7 days after petal fall. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Olives

Olive: 4 L/ha. Apply at the start of the season. Repeat applications at 10 day intervals if necessary. Avoid flowering. Water rate: 500 L/ha.

Onions

Onion: 4 L/ha when there is sufficient leaf area to intercept spray. Repeat application as necessary. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Peach

Peach: 4 L/ha during fruit development. 5 L/ha after harvest but before leaf senescence. Water rate: 500-1000 L/ha.

Peanuts

Peanuts: 2 to 4 L/ha from 4 leaves to start of flowering. Water rate: 200 L/ha.

Potatoes: Where low to marginal levels exist, apply 2 applications of 4 L/ha between 1 to 4 weeks after 100% emergence. For improved dry matter, also apply during bulking. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Pumpkin

Pumpkin (field grown): 2 to 3 applications of 4 L/ha commencing when sufficient leaf area to intercept spray. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Raspberries

Raspberry: 4 l/ha at start of flowering and at 10 to 14 day intervals as necessary, up to 14 days before harvest. Water rate: 200 to 500 l/ha. Alternatively: 4 l/ha at green bud. Repeat, if necessary, once or twice at 10 to 14 day intervals. Water rate: 200 l/ha.

Rice

Rice: 4 l/ha applied at start of tillering. Water rate: 30 to 400 l/ha.

Squash (Field Grown)

Squash (field grown): 2 to 3 applications of 4 L/ha commencing when sufficient leaf area to intercept spray. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.

Strawberries

Strawberry (field grown): 2 applications of 3 L/ha commencing when sufficient leaf area to intercept spray. Water rate: 200-500 L/ha.

Sugarcane

Sugarcane: 4 l/ha when cane is between 30 and 120 cm tall. Water rate: 30 to 200 l/ha.

Sunflower

Sunflower: 4 L/ha at 2 to 8 pairs of leaves. Water rate: 50-200 L/ha.
